Winner Winner!!!

The winner is number 5, Lisa! Thank you to everyone who entered, it was fun and I will definitely do it again.

Summer is soooooo close. The kids can't get to sleep because it is "too bright and too exciting", there are only two more days of school left, the kittens are running free in the barn, my studio/kids' playroom is almost done being dry walled, and the donkeys are finally losing their winter coats!

With all of the rain we have had, the gardens have been well watered, to say the least. If we get a few more days of sun everything will be lush. The lettuce is looking great and the peas have started to flower. We are also closely watching the wild cherry trees in our hedge row so that we can get the fruit before the birds do.

We may not have much early spring produce this year but we will be making up for it come August and September. We have watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydews, squashes of many types, cucumbers, potatoes, sweet corn (which I CANNOT wait for!!!) and much more! Stay tuned for updates on availability.
